The sensor behind the dashboard

In every unit, a CTS Smart Kitchen Sensor mounts above the stove and uses thermal sensing, not a camera, to catch unsafe cooking: an unattended burner, temperatures climbing toward a fire, or immediate danger. It alerts the resident with voice and light, and with the CTS Power Cutoff it shuts the stove off on its own before a fire can start. The Dashboard is how your team sees and manages every one of those sensors at once.

The home screen opens with the live counts that matter most: properties, sensors, sensors online, alerts, and safety shut-offs. A sensor going offline usually means the wifi has dropped or the unit has been moved. Alerts cover dangerous cooking events. Safety shut-offs count the times the CTS Power Cutoff shut off power to a stove to stop a dangerous event.

The history behind the numbers

Open the History view for any sensor and see its alerts over time, split out by what caused them. Switch between total alerts, cooking sessions, alerts per session, or how many were resolved, and set the range anywhere from the past week to all time.

The dashboard brings the everyday signs that a resident is doing okay onto one screen, so a change in someone's routine stands out early, while there is still time to check in.

Last cooking session Long stretches without a meal cooked are one of the earliest signs something is wrong. Worth a phone call before it becomes urgent.
Last presence detected If a resident has not been near their kitchen in days, a wellness check is worth it even when no alerts have fired.

Disable and Lock All When a fire alarm, evacuation, or building-wide hazard hits, one click disables every stove at that property and locks them until the all clear is given. Unlock All restores normal use just as fast.
Schedule for All Set a recurring weekly schedule of when stoves should be disabled and locked or unlocked for normal use, enforced automatically across every unit.
Temp Thresholds for All Set a safe temperature range for every unit. The dashboard flags any sensor that drops cold enough to risk frozen pipes or runs hot enough to be dangerous.
Role-based access Decide who can see what and who can act. Property managers, maintenance staff, and regional administrators each get the permissions they need and nothing more.
