On its own, the sensor warns you but cannot turn off the stove. The sensor alone gives you voice alerts and flashing lights (phone notifications require CTS Essentials Plus). Automatic stove shut-off requires the additional CTS Power Cutoff, or you can get the complete system.

Works with electric ranges (radiant, coil, and induction) on a 3-prong or 4-prong 240V outlet. Not compatible with gas ranges yet.
